Using RunQuest
Effective 18 July 2026. These Terms form an agreement between you and the owner of runquest.fit when you create an account or use RunQuest.
RunQuest can help organize training, but it cannot see your full health or environment. You remain responsible for safe decisions and for seeking professional care when needed.

RunQuest provides general fitness planning and informational tools. It is not a doctor, medical device, diagnosis, treatment, emergency service, or substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult an appropriate professional before starting or changing training when your health, symptoms, medication, pregnancy, injury history, or other circumstances may make exercise unsafe.
Running and strength training can cause falls, heat or cold illness, overexertion, injury, and other harm. You are responsible for choosing whether, where, and how to train. Stop immediately and seek suitable help for sharp or worsening pain, altered movement, chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, faintness, confusion, numbness, unusual weakness, or other concerning symptoms. Never use RunQuest to delay emergency care.
Readiness scores, adaptive workouts, weather guidance, training load, records, and performance predictions are estimates based on the information available. Missing, inaccurate, delayed, or unusual data can produce an unsuitable recommendation. Conditions and your own judgment always override the plan.
You keep ownership of information and content you enter. You give RunQuest a limited permission to host, process, back up, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. RunQuest software, branding, interface, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Do not misuse the service, access another person’s account, probe or bypass security, upload malware, automate abusive traffic, scrape private information, impersonate others, violate law, or use RunQuest to provide unlicensed medical or professional advice. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
We work to keep RunQuest useful and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. We may update these Terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunQuest is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties. To that same extent, RunQuest and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of data or opportunity, or harm caused by relying on an estimate or ignoring safety signals. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
You may stop using RunQuest and delete your account from Account settings. Provisions that naturally survive closure, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the concern fairly and promptly.
